Carrie Mesiar is originally from Eau Claire, WI. She did her undergraduate studies at Andrews University in Michigan, and attended University of Wisconsin-Madison for Veterinary School where she graduated in 2016. She loves being back in Madison again and especially loves focusing her career on her all-time favorite species!

Dr.Mesiar has practiced at hospitals in California, Ohio, and Wisconsin, and currently resides in Arena, WI along with her four cats and extremely tolerant partner. In her free time, she finds herself completely buried under cats, reading books, playing video games, crafting, and tending to her hundreds of houseplants. In addition, her extroverted significant-other routinely drags her to other cities and states, concerts, parks, museums, and shows where she likes to eat and drink everything whilst hiding from other people. She is excited to practice great medicine while helping to create a calm and comforting atmosphere for our feline friends!
