Dr. Anna Kelton was a very welcome addition to Cat Care Clinic in 2017. Before graduating from the University of Wisconsin’s School of Veterinary Medicine, she already had committed to focusing her career on feline medicine, which began at another cat specialty practice. Since joining Cat Care Clinic, she has made a huge difference in the lives of many cats, cat parents, and has been an overall positive personality among our team.

Dr. Kelton’s areas of specialty include advanced dental procedures and surgeries, abdominal ultrasound, and integrative medicine, particularly when it comes to pain relief options for our patients. She is the only feline-only veterinarian in the Madison area that is trained in medical, western acupuncture. She also uses electroacupuncture, laser therapy, massage, Assisi Loop, and physical therapy in her patients’ health care plans depending on their needs. She’s thrilled to provide these services to cats in our cat-only, feline-loving haven at east and west Cat Care Clinics. In addition to these specialties that make her unique, Dr. Kelton is cat-crazy for everything from new kitten exams and consultations to senior cat chronic condition management and quality-of-life care.

In her spare time, Dr. Kelton enjoys scuba diving in exotic places, beer-drinking, patio-dwelling, mystery books, and gardening!
